New Joint venture project set up

MUSCAT   - Oman Shipping Company (OSC) , bin butti Group (BBG), Tatweer Infrastructure Company (TIC) , Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) And GAIL (India) Limited yesterday signed and MoU to set up a joint venture company for LNG upstream activities , Transportation and downstream activities in the region.

The MoU stipulates that besides investing in the new LNG train, Oman Shipping Company and Overseas  Shipholding Group (OSG) will be involved  in all the shipping angles for the transportation of LNG from this venture.

The MoU was signed by Adil bin Abdullah al raisi , OSC General Manager, Sheikh hamid bin Khadim bin Butti al Hamid , BBG Chairman Hamad Al Haroun , TIC General Manager, GAIL executive manager and the manager of gas affairs at OSG.
